We are proud to announce the expansion of The Hamptons Studio of Fine Art to SAG HARBOR FINE ARTS CENTER!!
It is our perpetual belief that the art world needs a living, thriving, dynamic community of artists. Classically progressive, spiritually integrated, passionately dedicated, and community motivated ~ Sag Harbor Fine Arts Center offers the quintessential home for a present-day cultural mecca. Born out of a shared vision by artist and educator James Daga Albinson and art-enthusiast Cindy Neuendorf, we bring you a Fine Art Academy honoring the classical methods of high level instruction in Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Music, Theatre, Art History and more. Originally the home of The Hamptons Studio of Fine Art, we have expanded our program to offer training in different mediums, bringing together an all-inclusive Center for the fine arts. Our vision continues as we bring in Renowned Artists from around the globe, to offer a rare opportunity in art education. Weekly Classes and Specialty Workshops are held in a professional working Studio with a curriculum designed to produce a high caliber of artists as leaders in this emerging art world. Accompanied by our 2,000 square foot courtyard is our new Exhibition Studio offering an opportunity to view works of art from contemporary artists and unique exhibitions, lending you a source of inspiration or ability to build your collection. Visitors can come and relax in our Sculpture Garden and enjoy observing the art or simply use it as a place to come sketch in the outdoors. Right in the heart of Sag Harbor village, we provide an intimate, fun, friendly, artistic environment, meant to be shared by all.
Our ethos holds to artists who exhibit a deep enduring respect for humanity and human feelings; a respect for our minds, our spirits and our reason, through a love of beauty, grace and true excellence. Our goal is to embrace and build upon prior accomplishments of hundreds of years of human study and developments in art, while holding sacred life in its current form, progressing with the changes bestowed on us. With great discipline and devotion, to the methods, developments and breakthroughs of prior generations, we can push through the boundaries of today, free our creative voices and produce new generations of great art and artists.
